Meet DR. ASHLEY
Doctor of Physical Therapy // Mom // Culinary Enthusiast
I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and have been practicing in an outpatient setting for the last seven years since graduating from Ithaca College. Stemming from the birth of my own children, I have developed a burning passion for helping the pregnant and postpartum community. I have extensive training for the pregnant and postpartum woman, in orthopedics as well as for the pelvic floor, and am eager to build upon my knowledge so that I can always provide the most up to date and exceptional care.

It is my mission to not only improve your quality of life, but also help raise the bar for pregnancy and postpartum care. I firmly believe it is important that you as a parent are feeling and performing your best so that you are able to be the best for your child/children and ultimately enjoy this new chapter of life.

I pride myself on being different than the typical Pelvic Floor Therapist. Not only will I ensure everything functions properly but then I will help take your body through strength and mobility training so you can get back to doing all the things you love without having to worry.

At Bridge The Gap Physical Therapy, my personal goal is to get my clients from where they are to where they want to be!
